Deciding on how to provide for children is the priority for many separating couples, and our team will help you make all the relevant arrangements. The law focuses on the rights of children above parents, so we'll encourage both parties to reach an agreement that best suits your children – going to court is usually a last resort.
We'll help you with:
- contact and residence disputes
- parental responsibility
- prohibited steps orders (which prevent the other parent from changing your child's school, for example)
We can advise grandparents and even children in certain circumstances. Get in touch with us to find out more about all child-related matters.
